Familiar faces in the Times

It’s nice to see that Lisa Rovner, a filmmaker (STORM IN THE SKULL) and artist friend, is faring well over in the city of lights. The New York Times’ guest blogger has highlighted the girl “with a certain magic about her.” I wonder if he saw the same thing I did when I first met Lisa at a bar on the Lower East Side years ago, and asked if she’d play a role in my NYU thesis film.
